Magda is another level hygienist. I am more than impressed and believe me I am a very difficult patient. The knowledge, the finesse and so much more is what Magda is about💯I was also very taken aback by Dr Anwar’s own specialist nurse Beata. She is another jewel at Serio Dental. Dr Anwar is one very lucky Principal who so knows how to spot a talent‼️The clinical areas of Serio are spotless and in them you can see the attention to detail of the owner of this practice. His immaculate taste shines through Serio.Thank you Dr Anwar, Magda and Beata for everything🙏

An excellent practice in the heart of Kensal Rise. I am an anxious patient at best and I found that Dr Syed Ali was both professional and reassuring. His calm manner alongside the very latest dental studio made me feel at ease. His work is excellent and I would recommend to friends to use him for sure.

Dr Anwar was recommended to me by my regular dentist for additional treatment. He is friendly and professional. After examination he explained my treatment options in clear terms.During treatment he took good care for my well being and made sure he had a good classical music playlist on for the duration of it.After treatment was over he explained what I should do in a very helpful way.His nurse Beata assisted him and they made a very good team.Freya at reception is friendly and welcoming.I would highly recommend Dr Anwar too.

I had been suffering with receding gums, and constant infections in my mouth for many years.Serio dental was recommended to me by another dentist who knew Dr Sulaman Anwar, and I made an appointment straight away.In the back of my mind I seriously thought my gums were beyond being repaired, and that I would have to live with the constant reoccurring problems. On my first visit Dr Anwar was extremely thorough, explained all my problems in detail, and laid out a plan to help with my situation. He, and all the staff at Serio dental were very polite, thoughtful, and genuine about trying to help me.I had the first treatment, and couldn’t believe the difference it made, no infections, or problems with my gums to date.I followed Dr Anwar’s invaluable instructions on how to keep my gums healthy, and that alongside his treatments have worked miraculously for me.Thank you very much Dr Anwar, and all at Serio dental,Ruben

I have been going to Dr Bakshi regularly over the past year for teeth alignment (closing a gap tooth). He has been very helpful throughout the process and I’m really happy with my results so far. They have also been very accommodating and flexible with removing and then reapplying the dots on my teeth when I got married! The practice is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The hygienist appointments here are also very thorough. I would highly recommend coming here ☺️

I haven’t visited a hygienist for a few years so I was a little nervous but Magda was very gentle whilst giving my teeth a much needed clean. She is very knowledgeable about hygiene and explains everything she is doing, allowing you to see areas you are missing whilst brushing, and applying things like lip balm and tooth mousse for extra comfort. I would definitely recommend her services and I will be sending a few of my friends her way! The clinic itself was lovely, very clean and calming, the reception was efficient and friendly, will definitely be back again!

I was looking around the area for dental hygiene and now I’m so glad I found Serio. The atmosphere is so comforting, you don’t feel like you’re at the dentist. When you come in, you get greeted with a smile by Freya, offered a water and made sure you’ll be seen soon. I’m always so excited to come and see Magda for dental hygiene. She talks me through the appointment, she’s so sweet and more importantly knowledgeable. Never had a better experience at the dentist. Definitely recommend.

I have to give special mention to Magda, the hygienist at Serio Dental, who has been absolutely brilliant. From the moment I met her, I could tell she was friendly, professional, and really thorough with her work. She did a fantastic job getting my dental hygiene back on track, and I was so impressed that I’ve booked in my wife and mother to see her as well!I’ve got to mention the rest of the team. Dr Anwar, an award winning specialist periodontist, was amazing during my consultation. He took the time to properly explain everything to me. The detailed dental plan he put together for me shows how much they genuinely care.Freya on reception has also been fantastic. She’s always there with a big smile and is so friendly and helpful. She’s been brilliant at organising all my future appointments and explaining the different options available to me. I truly appreciate her patience as I’ve called her many times with so many questions! Thanks to Freya, my wife and I now have membership plans in place, ensuring we keep to the recommended routine visits.Overall, Serio Dental is a top notch practice. They truly care about your wellbeing and aren’t just focused on money like many other practices. I highly recommend Magda and the entire Serio Dental team!

It makes such a difference. The practice is clean, bright and spacious. It feels positive, which really helps when you’re nervous.Magda has changed how I feel about dental visits. I’d happily recommend her to anyone.

From the moment I walked in, the whole experience felt more like visiting a spa than a dental practice. The reception team were welcoming and set a calming tone right away. The environment is beautifully designed, peaceful, and instantly puts you at ease. The dentists here are incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything clearly at each step. I never felt rushed or unsure — they made sure I understood the treatment and felt comfortable throughout. The dental nurse was just as thoughtful, creating a calm and reassuring atmosphere. For someone who normally feels nervous about the dentist, this was such a refreshing change. From start to finish, the team worked together to keep me relaxed, informed, and cared for. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I went for emergency treatment for a problematic wisdom tooth and could not be happier with service. I rang before opening hours to see if I could book in and they didn’t answer (it was very early) but they rang me back about ten minutes later to see if I needed an appointment. All before opening. The consultation itself was great, the dentist Yousif was friendly and professional explaining exactly what was wrong, what options were and what his recommendations were. The nurse and receptionist were friendly. Everything was well-organised.

I’ve been really happy with my treatment at Serio Dental Clinic. Dr. Yousif listens carefully and always provides the right care. I also brought my mum for denture treatment with Dr. Solomon, who was very professional and looked after her really well. The nurse assistant was kind and supportive, especially with my mum, and the receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. We’re both very satisfied with the care we’ve received and would definitely recommend Serio.

We had an initial consultation with Dr Bakshi and found him extremely informative. He shared the latest research in the use of protracted face mask and suggested various options for us to consider. His manner with my 8-year old was also very kind and cheerful which was much appreciated. He went beyond and suggested a doctor who specialises in this mask and he would out in a word which was great. I highly recommend this dentist and his practise!

Previously had some negative experiences at the dentist, so I finally decided to go private. Absolutely worth it. Dr Yousif made me feel at ease and gave me a thorough consultation, advising on what would be the best next steps. I’m so pleased with my results and the care and attention to my treatments. Will absolutely continue to come back for future treatments.

Sulaman is an exceptional dentist. I was in a real dental emergency and needed urgent help. I felt at ease as soon as i got there. The reception area was lovely and calming and I was offered a cold towel and water by Gabby who helped calm my nerves just by being friendly.Dr. Anwar took the time to understand my concerns and explain everything clearly. Unlike my previous experiences, he didn't rush me at all. He carefully diagnosed the problem and explained my options in a way that I could easily understand. The procedure itself was as painless as possible, and he even showed me the extent of the damage to my tooth. After the extraction, he then took time to explain my post-operative care and referred me to one of the specialists in his practice.I am incredibly grateful for Sulaman's compassionate care and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind and skilled dentist.

I recently visited Serio Dental and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the friendly receptionist Gabby welcomed me warmly and even offered a refreshing cool towel—a thoughtful touch that instantly set the tone for their high standard of care.Dr. Jana was amazing; she explained every step of my re-root canal procedure clearly, ensuring I understood what to expect. Her gentle technique meant I didn’t feel a thing throughout the treatment, which was a huge relief. Nurse Beata was equally impressive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and taking excellent care of me throughout my visit. If you're looking for top-tier dental care, I can't recommend Serio Dental enough. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and patient-centered approach make them a world apart from the usual NHS experience. A truly five-star service!

From the time I stepped to the practice, I found the place very welcoming and friendly. I had an emergency situation and I jumped in without any appointment. They suggested to me some dates that didn't work because if my work and the doctor very kindly extended his day to examine my teeth, to get an x-ray and advise me what is the best to do. It was a big positive surprise how they deal with my issue, not leaving me in pain and all of that with a professional but friendly to me attitude. I have been to some other dentists but here I felt comfortable and secure. The cost for the emergency was surprisingly low and reasonable.I definitely recommend it.

The little touches, like the lovely hand towel to help me relax, made a real difference. The hygienist was fantastic—she took the time to explain everything about the appointment, giving me practical tips on how to maintain my teeth in simple, effective ways. The receptionist was also incredibly polite and attentive. As I was leaving, she even handed me a card saying that a tree had been planted as a gift for my first visit! I was really impressed with their eco-friendly approach throughout.Overall, it was brilliant, and I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment! This is a big change for me since I usually dread going to the dentist. Highly recommend Serio Dental to anyone seeking top-notch, eco-conscious care!

I would love to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding care and service I received during my recent gum surgery at your Serio dental practice. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations, and I am compelled to share my positive impressions.First and foremost, I want to extend my deepest appreciation to Dr Anwar. The gum surgery I underwent was a significant procedure, and I was naturally apprehensive. However, Dr Anwar not only demonstrated a high level of expertise but also a genuine concern for my well-being. The detailed explanations provided before the surgery, the patience in addressing my concerns, and the skill exhibited during the procedure were truly commendable. I felt confident and reassured under his care, and the results of the surgery have been nothing short of remarkable.Equally deserving of praise is the reception team at your practice. From the moment I entered the door, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionists were not only friendly but also efficient in handling the necessary paperwork, scheduling appointments, and addressing any pre-surgery inquiries I had. Their professionalism and courtesy made the entire process smooth and stress-free.Moreover, the post-operative care and follow-up from both Dr Anwar and the reception team were exemplary. I appreciated the thorough instructions provided for at-home care, as well as the promptness in scheduling follow-up appointments. The genuine concern for my recovery and well-being did not go unnoticed, and it further solidified my confidence in choosing your dental practice for such a crucial procedure. In conclusion, I am grateful to have found a dental practice that not only excels in delivering exceptional periodontal care but also places a strong emphasis on creating a positive and patient-centered experience. I will wholeheartedly recommend your practice to my friends , confident that they will receive the same level of expertise, care, and professionalism that I did.Thank you, Dr Anwar, and the entire team, for making a potentially daunting experience a positive and successful one. I look forward to continuing my dental journey with your esteemed practice.

I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Sulaman Anwar, and I cannot express how incredible my experience has been. As someone who has undergone extensive dentistry work due to an accident as a kid, I have always had extreme anxiety around anything dental-related. However, Dr. Anwar's exceptional skills and unwavering patience completely transformed my perspective on dental care.I believe my case was particularly complex, but Dr. Anwar approached it with genuine care and dedication. He took the time to thoroughly understand every aspect of my situation, ensuring that he could advise the best possible path forward. Throughout my treatment plan, he always maintained open lines of communication with other specialists involved, ensuring that every step of the process was meticulously planned and executed to perfection. One of the treatments I went through under Dr. Anwar's expert care was a gum contouring surgery, a procedure that has quite literally changed my life. Since my accident, I had constantly hidden my smile, feeling self-conscious about asymmetry and appearance. Since the surgery, I have found myself able to smile again -- I can't express how life-changing this is for me.I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for Dr. Anwar's remarkable talent and genuine kindness. He goes above and beyond to ensure his patients' well-being. For anyone seeking a dentist who combines skill, patience, and an unwavering commitment to their patients' happiness and comfort, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sulaman Anwar. Particularly if you're anxious about dentistry!
