I rang before opening hours to see if I could book in and they didn’t answer (it was very early) but they rang me back about ten minutes later to see if I needed an appointment. All before opening. The consultation itself was great, the dentist Yousif was friendly and professional explaining exactly what was wrong, what options were and what his recommendations were. The nurse and receptionist were friendly. Everything was well-organised.

We had an initial consultation with Dr Bakshi and found him extremely informative. He shared the latest research in the use of protracted face mask and suggested various options for us to consider. His manner with my 8-year old was also very kind and cheerful which was much appreciated. They suggested to me some dates that didn't work because if my work and the doctor very kindly extended his day to examine my teeth, to get an x-ray and advise me what is the best to do.
