I haven’t visited a hygienist for a few years so I was a little nervous but Magda was very gentle whilst giving my teeth a much needed clean. She is very knowledgeable about hygiene and explains everything she is doing, allowing you to see areas you are missing whilst brushing, and applying things like lip balm and tooth mousse for extra comfort. I would definitely recommend her services and I will be sending a few of my friends her way! The clinic itself was lovely, very clean and calming, the reception was efficient and friendly, will definitely be back again!

I was looking around the area for dental hygiene and now I’m so glad I found Serio. The atmosphere is so comforting, you don’t feel like you’re at the dentist. When you come in, you get greeted with a smile by Freya, offered a water and made sure you’ll be seen soon. I’m always so excited to come and see Magda for dental hygiene. She talks me through the appointment, she’s so sweet and more importantly knowledgeable. Never had a better experience at the dentist. Definitely recommend.

I have to give special mention to Magda, the hygienist at Serio Dental, who has been absolutely brilliant. From the moment I met her, I could tell she was friendly, professional, and really thorough with her work. She did a fantastic job getting my dental hygiene back on track, and I was so impressed that I’ve booked in my wife and mother to see her as well!I’ve got to mention the rest of the team. Dr Anwar, an award winning specialist periodontist, was amazing during my consultation. He took the time to properly explain everything to me. The detailed dental plan he put together for me shows how much they genuinely care.Freya on reception has also been fantastic. She’s always there with a big smile and is so friendly and helpful. She’s been brilliant at organising all my future appointments and explaining the different options available to me. I truly appreciate her patience as I’ve called her many times with so many questions! Thanks to Freya, my wife and I now have membership plans in place, ensuring we keep to the recommended routine visits.Overall, Serio Dental is a top notch practice. They truly care about your wellbeing and aren’t just focused on money like many other practices. I highly recommend Magda and the entire Serio Dental team!

I booked an appointment with Magda after a recommendation and I’m so glad I did. I get anxious with dental work but she put me at ease straight away.It was the first time I had local anaesthetic for a clean and I’ll never go back without it. It makes such a difference.The practice is clean, bright and spacious. It feels positive, which really helps when you’re nervous.Magda has changed how I feel about dental visits. I’d happily recommend her to anyone.

From the moment I walked in, the whole experience felt more like visiting a spa than a dental practice. The reception team were welcoming and set a calming tone right away. The environment is beautifully designed, peaceful, and instantly puts you at ease. The dentists here are incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything clearly at each step. I never felt rushed or unsure — they made sure I understood the treatment and felt comfortable throughout. The dental nurse was just as thoughtful, creating a calm and reassuring atmosphere. For someone who normally feels nervous about the dentist, this was such a refreshing change. From start to finish, the team worked together to keep me relaxed, informed, and cared for. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I went for emergency treatment for a problematic wisdom tooth and could not be happier with service. I rang before opening hours to see if I could book in and they didn’t answer (it was very early) but they rang me back about ten minutes later to see if I needed an appointment. All before opening. The consultation itself was great, the dentist Yousif was friendly and professional explaining exactly what was wrong, what options were and what his recommendations were. The nurse and receptionist were friendly. Everything was well-organised.

I’ve been really happy with my treatment at Serio Dental Clinic. Dr. Yousif listens carefully and always provides the right care. I also brought my mum for denture treatment with Dr. Solomon, who was very professional and looked after her really well.The nurse assistant was kind and supportive, especially with my mum, and the receptionists are always friendly and welcoming.We’re both very satisfied with the care we’ve received and would definitely recommend Serio.

Today I had appointment with the lovely Dr Jawa. I needed root canal treatment and she made me feel very at ease. She explained everything as she went along ….. she confirmed prices at each stage. We had an initial consultation with Dr Bakshi and found him extremely informative. He shared the latest research in the use of protracted face mask and suggested various options for us to consider. His manner with my 8-year old was also very kind and cheerful which was much appreciated. He went beyond and suggested a doctor who specialises in this mask and he would out in a word which was great. I highly recommend this dentist and his practise!

Sulaman is an exceptional dentist. I was in a real dental emergency and needed urgent help. I felt at ease as soon as i got there. The reception area was lovely and calming and I was offered a cold towel and water by Gabby who helped calm my nerves just by being friendly.Dr. Anwar took the time to understand my concerns and explain everything clearly. Unlike my previous experiences, he didn't rush me at all. He carefully diagnosed the problem and explained my options in a way that I could easily understand.The procedure itself was as painless as possible, and he even showed me the extent of the damage to my tooth.After the extraction, he then took time to explain my post-operative care and referred me to one of the specialists in his practice.I am incredibly grateful for Sulaman's compassionate care and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind and skilled dentist.

From the time I stepped to the practice, I found the place very welcoming and friendly. I had an emergency situation and I jumped in without any appointment. They suggested to me some dates that didn't work because if my work and the doctor very kindly extended his day to examine my teeth, to get an x-ray and advise me what is the best to do. It was a big positive surprise how they deal with my issue, not leaving me in pain and all of that with a professional but friendly to me attitude. I have been to some other dentists but here I felt comfortable and secure.The cost for the emergency was surprisingly low and reasonable.I definitely recommend it.

Had a great Airflow polish treatment at Serio Dental with Magda, who was very informative and friendly during the hygienist session. I was given a bamboo toothbrush and an interdental floss to take home too. All the assistants and rest of staff were lovely, and I would highly recommend the Serio Dental practice for tremendous professionalism and great service!
